However, due to the inherent nature of concrete and the variables in mixing and application, variations in color, shade, texture, and tone are to be expected. Each batch of concrete may differ slightly, and exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations in our products.
Orders can be canceled within 48hrs of placing the order, subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been processed. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this period.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Delivery and Installation dates are estimates and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to such circumstances.
7. Warranty
Our concrete fences come with a 1 year warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, accidents, alterations, or ordinary wear and tear.

Concrete Fence Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our products or services.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided in the course of our services, including designs, drawings, and information, are proprietary to Concrete fence company and are provided for the client's personal use only.
